Something that sets me apart is my ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise, conversational, global English, which helps increase the learner’s understanding and their ability to apply what they’ve learned.
Quality

I’m known for my quality and am often leveraged for peer reviews to provide feedback that increases learner engagement and helps ensure that solutions are defect free, brand compliant, accessible, and functioning correctly.
My Career Path
During my career, I’ve had a chance to hone my skills in every phase of the ADDIE model from needs analysis through evaluation. I’ve created, managed, and delivered hundreds of learning solutions: e-learning, instructor-led, virtual, and blended. I’ve also earned the Association for Talent Development’s E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate.

Learning & Development Consultant (LDC)
As an LDC, I created successful learning solutions for a contact center, operations areas, and multiple business lines.
For example, my redesign of the contact center new hire curriculum resulted in decreased onboarding time with increased performance.
Instructional Designer
As an Instructional Designer, I created, redesigned, and managed e-learning, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions for dozens of business lines using a variety of authoring tools, such as Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Adobe Captivate, and Xyleme Create Learning Content Management System.
Learning Professional
My combined years as a learning professional has provided me the opportunity to master the skills required to successfully create and manage innovative and accessible learning solutions that lead to better performance for individuals, teams, and the company.
